Day 1: Welcome to Copenhagen

Upon arrival in Copenhagen, we’ll transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy free time to explore the city at your leisure. In the afternoon, check the boards at the hotel reception for information regarding the start of your tour.

Day 2: Explore Copenhagen & Journey to Aarhus

After breakfast, embark on a panoramic tour of Copenhagen, Denmark's capital and largest city. Explore its iconic landmarks, including Tivoli Gardens, Christiansborg Palace, Nyhavn’s charming terraces, and the famous Little Mermaid statue.
Late morning, we’ll cross a 20 km bridge into Jutland, making a stop in Odense to visit its Gothic cathedral and H.C. Andersen’s House. Arrival in Aarhus, where you can enjoy free time to explore the city.

Day 3: Ferry to Norway & Coastal Drive to Stavanger

We travel to Hirtshals to catch a ferry across the North Sea, heading to Norway’s Kristiansand.
After the three-hour ferry ride, we’ll continue along Norway’s scenic southern coastline, stopping at the quaint town of Flekkefjord before reaching Stavanger, a picturesque town nestled by the fjord.

Day 4: Stavanger to Bergen via Scenic Fjord Route

Our journey continues with a stop at the iconic "Swords in Rock" monument, a symbol of Norway's Viking heritage. We then take a scenic drive through tunnels and over bridges, with parts of the route traversed by boat along Norway’s fjord coastline. We arrive in Bergen at lunchtime, where we’ll take a cable car ride up Mount Fløyen for breathtaking views of the town and fjord. Free time to explore Bergen, the capital of the fjords

Day 5: Bergen to Oslo via Sognefjord & Waterfalls

Prepare for a day filled with natural beauty as we venture to Sognefjord, Norway’s largest fjord. En route, we’ll stop at the majestic Tvindefossen Waterfall. We then embark on a scenic cruise between Gudvangen and Aurland.
Afterward, we pass through the Aurland Tunnel, the world’s longest, and stop at Borgund’s 12th-century wooden church, a marvel of medieval architecture. Arrival in Oslo with free time to explore the city’s port and parks.

Day 6: Oslo City Tour & Journey to Stockholm

We begin the day with a guided panoramic tour of Oslo, featuring its blend of modern and classical architecture, large parks, and public sculptures.
Oslo is known as the European Green Capital. In the afternoon, we depart for Sweden, passing through serene forests and lakes.
Our next stop is Örebro, a historic town with a beautiful lake and a picturesque castle. After some free time, we continue to Stockholm, where we arrive in the evening

Day 7: Discover Stockholm’s Iconic Sights

Today, enjoy a panoramic tour of Stockholm, a stunning city built on 14 interconnected islands. Highlights include Gamla Stan (the Old Town), the Nobel Prize Museum, the Royal Palace, and Stockholm Cathedral.
Admire panoramic views from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore on your own, with optional visits to the City Hall or Vasa Museum.

Day 8: Farewell from Stockholm

After breakfast, our unforgettable Scandinavian adventure comes to an end. We hope you leave with lasting memories of the stunning cities and breathtaking landscapes.
You’ll then be transferred to the airport for your flight back to the UAE, taking home beautiful memories of your journey.

To ensure a seamless travel experience, our payment schedule is based on the tour package cost: For Tour Cost AED 5,000 or Less:

Initial Payment: 50% (due 45 days prior to departure)
Second Payment: 50% (due before visa appointment or 60 days prior)
Final Payment: 100% (due 45 days prior to departure)

For Packages AED 5,001 to AED 10,000:

Initial Payment: AED 1,000 non-refundable deposit (due upon booking)
Second Payment: 50% (due before visa appointment or 60 days prior)
Final Payment: 100% (due no later than 45 days prior) For Packages AED 10,001 or More:
Initial Payment: AED 2,000 non-refundable deposit (plus visa & insurance fees, if applicable)
Final Payment: 100% (due 60 days prior to departure)

Payment Policy for Customized Tour Packages

For a seamless experience, the payment schedule for customized tour packages is as follows:

Initial Payment: 50% of the total tour cost or flight cost (whichever is higher) due upon booking confirmation.
Second Payment: 30% of the total tour cost (due 60 days prior to departure).
Final Payment: 20% of the total tour cost (due 30 days prior to departure), including any additional charges for special requests, optional tours, or services.

Please note that the initial payment is non-refundable. Subsequent payments are required to secure your customized arrangements.

Cancellation Policy for Customized Tour Packages

To ensure a smooth process, our cancellation policy for customized tour packages is as follows: More than 60 days before departure:

• Ensure that your passport contains at least 4 blank pages for visa application.
• Any date changes to the tour will be subject to a change fee & availability; please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further details.
• Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months, and your resident visa for either 6 or 3 months (depending on destination requirements) from the date of your return flight.
• The offers presented are current but not confirmed until conveyed to you in writing.
• Optional tours may require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, a surcharge may apply, or the tour may not operate. Prices will be as per the confirmation date of the optional tour.
• Flight and hotel arrangements may be adjusted based on the group size, with tentative details provided at the time of booking.
• As this is a group tour, all internal transfers and transportation will be conducted by bus unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.
