Day 1 : Arrival in Madrid
Welcome to Madrid! Upon your arrival at the airport, we’ll arrange your transfer to the hotel. Enjoy some free time to relax before the start of your tour. Please check the informative posters at the hotel reception for details about your welcome meeting with the guide and fellow travelers. In the evening, we'll take you to Plaza Mayor and La Latina, Madrid’s vibrant area known for its nightlife and tapas. Here, you can dine at your choice of restaurants offering Indian, Chinese, Spanish, or Middle Eastern cuisine. Overnight in Madrid.
Day 2 : City tour of Madrid with entrance to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium
- Start your day with a comprehensive tour of Madrid’s iconic landmarks, including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, the Gate of Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor.
- Next, visit Retiro Park, where you can stroll by the lake and admire the Glass Palace. The tour includes entry to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid, often hailed as the best football club in the world.
- The afternoon is free for you to explore at your own pace. We'll return to the hotel at the end of the evening.

Day 3 : Madrid to Granada
- Depart Madrid early in the morning, traveling south across the plains of La Mancha. We'll stop in Puerto Lápice, a charming 'manchego' village reminiscent of Don Quixote.
- Continuing through Despeñaperros, we arrive in Granada, where lunch is included. In the afternoon, for those with an Alhambra visit included, enjoy a guided tour of the stunning Alhambra Palace and its beautiful Generalife gardens, both masterpieces of Moorish architecture.

- Depart from Granada and head towards the Costa del Sol. Arrive in Málaga for a leisurely walk through its historic center, highlighting the cathedral and the Picasso Museum. Continue along the scenic coastal highway to Puerto Banús in Marbella, a luxurious marina.
- In the afternoon, travel through the mountains to Ronda, a stunning white town split by a dramatic gorge. Arrive in Seville in the evening.

To ensure a seamless travel experience, our payment schedule is based on the tour package cost: For Tour Cost AED 5,000 or Less:
- Initial Payment: 50% (due 45 days prior to departure)
- Second Payment: 50% (due before visa appointment or 60 days prior)
- Final Payment: 100% (due 45 days prior to departure)
For Packages AED 5,001 to AED 10,000:
- Initial Payment: AED 1,000 non-refundable deposit (due upon booking)
- Second Payment: 50% (due before visa appointment or 60 days prior)
- Final Payment: 100% (due no later than 45 days prior) For Packages AED 10,001 or More:
- Initial Payment: AED 2,000 non-refundable deposit (plus visa & insurance fees, if applicable)
- Final Payment: 100% (due 60 days prior to departure)
Payment Policy for Customized Tour Packages
For a seamless experience, the payment schedule for customized tour packages is as follows:
- Initial Payment: 50% of the total tour cost or flight cost (whichever is higher) due upon booking confirmation.
- Second Payment: 30% of the total tour cost (due 60 days prior to departure).
- Final Payment: 20% of the total tour cost (due 30 days prior to departure), including any additional charges for special requests, optional tours, or services.
Please note that the initial payment is non-refundable. Subsequent payments are required to secure your customized arrangements.

Cancellation Policy for Customized Tour Packages
To ensure a smooth process, our cancellation policy for customized tour packages is as follows: More than 60 days before departure:

• Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months, and your resident visa for either 6 or 3 months (depending on destination requirements) from the date of your return flight.
