Your first stop is the Monastery of St. Nino at Bodbe, a significant Georgian Orthodox site dating back to the 9th century, where the relics of St. Nino, the 4th-century female evangelist of Georgia, are housed. The monastery, now a nunnery, is a major pilgrimage destination. Next, explore the charming town of Sighnaghi, with its cobblestone streets, restored woodwork, and stunning views of the Alazani Valley, one of Georgia’s top wine-producing regions. After a day full of exploration, you’ll return to Tbilisi in the evening. Once the tour concludes, the guide will either leave you in the city or drop you back at the hotel.
