These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the The Holidave Travel LLC website and your booking of any travel package, visa service, or related service through us. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

The Holidave Travel LLC is a travel and visa services company based in Dubai, UAE. We act as an agent in arranging flights, accommodation, tours, and visa applications on behalf of our customers through third-party suppliers, airlines, hotels, and government/embassy processes.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required deposit or full payment, and you have received written confirmation from us.
  • Prices quoted are subject to change based on seat availability, supplier pricing, and currency fluctuations until a booking is fully confirmed and paid.
  • Payment schedules (deposit amounts, balance due dates) will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by package value.
  • Payments made via credit card may incur an additional processing surcharge, where applicable.

3. Visa Services

  • We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee approval, as final decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
  • Visa fees, processing times, and document requirements are set by the relevant authority and may change without notice.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation for your visa application.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by package and supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the specific supplier's (airline, hotel, tour operator) cancellation terms, less any non-refundable deposits or fees already incurred.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

5. Changes to Bookings

Date changes, name corrections, or itinerary amendments may be subject to change fees charged by the relevant supplier, in addition to any administrative fee charged by us. Changes are subject to availability.

6. Travel Documents & Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for the required period (typically at least 6 months beyond your return date), that you hold any required visas, and that you meet all health, vaccination, or entry requirements for your destination. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to non-compliant travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Where travel insurance is not included in your package, you are responsible for arranging your own cover.

8. Limitation of Liability

We act as an agent connecting you with third-party travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third parties. Our liability, where it does arise, is limited to the value of the booking fee paid to us.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, or airline/airport disruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
