Overall, it was a really good experience, and I genuinely appreciate all the effort, planning and coordination that went into the journey. One thing I felt was that the time wasn’t always enough in places where I wanted to explore more, especially when it came to adventure activities, which were one of my main expectations. This trip also made me realise how important it is for me to communicate my expectations clearly so you can plan and suggest experiences that suit me better. A special appreciation to all the wonderful guides: 🇨🇭 Fatima – Switzerland: Very warm, helpful and informative, with great explanations about the places and their history. 🇮🇹 Sagri – Italy: Helpful and supportive, and I’m glad things became much better as the trip progressed. 🇦🇹 Mario – Austria: Knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful in guiding us and explaining the places we visited. ⭐ Mohamed – Switzerland & Italy: A special mention to Mohamed, who truly stood out. Our family recently returned from an 11-day trip to Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore with Holidave, and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We were originally supposed to join a group tour, but due to a change in our schedule, we couldn’t travel on those dates. David went above and beyond to arrange a private tour for us instead. Since we’ve always traveled with group tours before, we were quite hesitant at first and weren’t sure if a private trip would work out. We visited Pattaya, Bangkok, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur, Genting and Singapore over 11 days, and every destination was wonderful. We especially loved our time in Thailand! Having the freedom to customize our vacation while still having everything professionally organized made the experience so much more enjoyable. The hotels were excellent (mostly 4-5 star), airport transfers and transportation were always on time, and the local guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They didn’t just follow a fixed itinerary—they genuinely helped us make the most of each destination by suggesting better ways to explore and experience the places we visited. What impressed us the most was David’s dedication. No matter how small our question or concern was, they were always available on WhatsApp and responded within minutes. It was so reassuring to know that someone was just a message or phone call away throughout the trip. Thankfully, nothing went wrong during our vacation, but knowing we had such reliable support gave us complete peace of mind.
